Usually 2 - 3 working day Processing and then Dispatch. Although we will always despatch your goods as quickly as we can and your parts may arrive quicker than this in some instances, or may occasionally take a little longer.

Freighting on Most items will be through Australia Post. Items can be sent Express, Registered or Insured at and Additional Charge to the Customer.
Bulkier Items will be sent Via Courier at an Additional Charge. Some items require more expensive carriage to ensure they arrive in pristine condition or due to their size and weight - including panels, glass, axles, bumpers etc. Some glass items also require special packaging which will be automatically added to your order as a separate item if needed
Wherever possible, parts should be checked for damage prior to signing for on delivery. Any damage should be noted on the courier's paperwork.
If Parts are Returned to due to Parts not being Collected from Australia Post, Courier or an Incorrect Delivery Address, the Customer will be Notified and the Cost of the Parts to be Resent will be billed to the Customer as an additional charge before Resending.
