Well i can now Post the Final Pictures as this project is now Finished.The Kombi will be used as a Food Van. It will be Seen around the Coast line of Port Stevens/ Nelsons Bay area.

The Kombi had to Comply to all Health and Safety requirement so it can sell food. All Walls and Ceiling had to be lined with a Wipe Clean Material.  Fresh Water and Grey Water Tanks had to be Installed. All leg Supports were made out of Stainless Steel and a Comercial Grade Seamless Vinyl Floor Fitted. A Divider between Cab area and Serving Area had to be installed.

   240 volt Power supply was needed and alot of 12Volt needed also. Hot Water was also a requirement and seperate Sinks also. A Dual Battery system was designed to accomodate for the 700Watt Inverter fitted to run the Fridge and all the Stereo, Lighting, Water Pump Etc.A 75amp Alternator was Fitted to Charge up the Battery System and a Battery Charger also fitted.

Saffaries were Fitted to the Front and Rear of the Kombi and Colour Coded. As usual, as you take to windows out you can open up a can of worms and find Rust in behind the seals as we did!
