Darren bought his new addition to his family in need of a new poptop canvas and to get his Kombi Rock and Roll bed built and Modified to comply for additional seating.

The pop top canvas that was fitted was in need of replacement. It was old and did not pop up high enough and only had 2 small windows. The New Canvas Liner i use has 4 Large windows and is higher than the standard, which allows the kids to sleep above with better ventilation.

The seat was totally removed and re built with all new board and then recovered with the original covering that was on it. New gussets were made and the scissor mechanisms under the base were reinforced and secured to the vehicle.

Darren also wanted some VW Kombi Factory Sliding Windows fited.

You would be suprised with the amount of Kombis out there with seat belts in the back on a Rock and Roll Bed that are not complied. It actually scares me sometimes when customers bring in there Kombi and the kids are sitting on seats that only have a couple of screws holding it together.
